Quick and Reliable Actuation in a More Compact Package
Southco's spring-loaded plungers offer simplified positioning of sliding components and quick release for easy removal. The 56 series provides design flexibility for applications with limited space, and can be used as a locator pin in sliding applications for quick-release hinge pin for removable doors and drawers. A relatively short retraction stroke - about .15" - and spring-loaded tension ensure positive engagement/disengagement of the plunger in limited space applications.
