Shipping

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days, with 95% of orders reaching our customers in two days of transit time.*  We do not ship internationally or fulfill deliveries to US territories, PO boxes, or re-shippers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on shipping method chosen, delivery location, ship from location, and the weight/dimensions of the shipment. Some larger orders may require a quote for truck delivery due to size and weight.

For packages over 1 lb: UPS Ground, 2 Day, & Next Day *
For packages under 1 lb: USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express & First Class Package Service - Retail and UPS Ground, 2 Day, & Next Day *

For custom shipping options including expedited or LTL, please reach out to our customer support for a quote.

Independence Day - July 3, 2026

Thanksgiving Holiday - November 26 - 27, 2026

New Year Holiday - December 31, 2026, and January 1, 2027

Shipping FAqs

When do you ship orders?

We ship orders Monday-Friday, with the exception of scheduled holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, as long as the product is in stock.

Will all of my items arrive in the same shipment?

You may receive multiple deliveries if your order includes more than one item. While we try our best to avoid this, you will receive a shipping confirmation for each shipment if there are split shipments.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

Do you ship on holidays?

Austin Hardware is closed on the following days in 2026 and will not be shipping:

New Year Holiday - January 1, 2026 and January 2, 2026

Memorial Day - May 25, 2026

Independence Day - July 3, 2026

Labor Day - September 7, 2026

Thanksgiving Holiday - November 26 - 27, 2026

Christmas Holiday - December 24 - 25, 2026

New Year Holiday - December 31, 2026 and January 1, 2027

Can I use my business’ shipper account?
