We ship most orders within 1-2 business days, with 95% of orders reaching our customers in two days of transit time.* We do not ship internationally or fulfill deliveries to US territories, PO boxes, or re-shippers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on shipping method chosen, delivery location, ship from location, and the weight/dimensions of the shipment. Some larger orders may require a quote for truck delivery due to size and weight.

For packages under 1 lb: USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express & First Class Package Service - Retail and UPS Ground, 2 Day, & Next Day *

All Austin Hardware locations will be closed:

Please ensure critical orders are received prior to these dates.
Additional closures by facility:
Winter Park, FL facility will be closed 12/15 and 12/22/25 – 1/2/26. Jefferson, NC facility will be closed 12/23. We encourage our customers serviced from Winter Park to place critical orders before 12/18 and from Jefferson before 12/19.
