The 3400 series Rotary Latches offer two stage latching (primary and secondary safety positions). To Meet FMVSS #206 specifications mount with Grade 8 fastener through the rivet holes. The 3400 series Rotary Latches will
exceed the FMVSS #206 load requirements when used with an approved striker pin assembly.
