Austin Hardware® 2025 Year in Review: Growth, Innovation, and Expansion

As 2025 draws to a close, Austin Hardware® is proud to reflect on a year defined by innovation, growth, and continued investment in our customers, our team, and our future. We have made significant strides in strengthening our position as a leading solutions provider for the transportation, emergency vehicle, and industrial markets we serve through new product launches, industry partnerships, and an expanded physical and digital presence.

Innovation from Austin Engineering

Our Austin Engineering team has consistently pushed the boundaries of product design and performance. This year, we introduced several new solutions, many of which are specifically tailored for the trailer market. Some of these innovations include:

  • L-, A-, and E-Track systems designed for versatility and strength in cargo control.
  • Wire managers created for durable and reliable cable management on hinged doors for trailers, trucks, ambulances, and specialty vehicles.
  • Safety chains and brackets manufactured for reliability and compliance, ensuring peace of mind during towing.
  • Floorboard screws engineered for superior strength and more efficient installation.

These innovative products complement our expanding lineup of engineered solutions, designed to enhance efficiency, safety, and overall quality.

In addition, our Safe Assist® ramp door lift-assist continues on its revolutionary path, thanks to its ease of use and enhanced operator safety, and is rapidly becoming a standard feature in trailers across numerous industries.

Expanded Product Offering for Hard-to-Find Items

In 2025, we expanded our inventory to help customers find specialty and hard-to-source products more easily. A significant milestone in this effort was our partnership with Huck Tools. While we have long been a recognized distributor partner with Huck, allowing us to sell and service their tools, we made a substantial investment in our inventory in 2025 to reduce excessively long lead times. Although it may not seem innovative, it is quite rare for Huck distributors to invest as heavily in tool and tool parts inventory as we have. By maintaining a stock of these items, we continue to fulfill our promise of providing the parts you need when you need them.

A Strong Team is the Key to Success

In 2025, we made significant investments to expand and strengthen our workforce across various departments. This included the hiring of dedicated experts in key areas such as industrial, chemical, and fastener applications. These specialists possess extensive product knowledge and industry insight, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of technical support and service excellence.

Expanding Our Industry Presence

In 2025, we increased our visibility and customer engagement by exhibiting at more trade shows than ever before. Throughout the year, our team met with customers and prospects, showcased products, and conducted demonstrations at six major events, including:

  • NATM Convention and Trade Show
  • NTEA Work Truck Week
  • FDIC International
  • Fastener Fair USA
  • NATDA Trailer Show
  • NATM Trailer Expo

These events provided us the opportunity to connect directly with customers, highlight our latest innovations, and reinforce our commitment to the industries we serve.

Digital and Physical Expansion

In 2025, we made significant improvements to both our digital and physical infrastructures. Our redesigned website, austinhardware.com, features a cleaner layout, improved navigation, and enhanced tools for discovering and purchasing products. Additionally, we are dedicated to producing more educational content to help our customers make informed decisions for their businesses. To achieve this, we have also focused on launching an updated email newsletter, which you can subscribe to HERE, ensuring that our customers receive the content they want most.

As to our physical expansion, we grew our geographic presence by opening new locations in Lynwood, Washington, near Seattle, and Ingleside, Ontario, Canada—our first physical location outside the United States. These new facilities allow us to better serve customers across North America with faster, more cost-effective delivery and localized support.

Looking Ahead to 2026

With new products continuously in our pipeline, an energized team, and expanding relationships across our markets, Austin Hardware® is well-positioned for a strong and exciting 2026.
